FCC bets with both hands and comes to the track daily 'impolite' (carrying tons of cash) so when they lose it is compounded. This and as said before letting horses go for half their value and trying to 'get out' by pounding that horse usually at even money is a tough prospect. He could always sell Dreamin of Anna if he wants some cash.
