Now that in itself isn't so bad. But what if one of those crackpots took out an ad down there in a paper erroneously stating to avoid "euro's oil change haven" because you ruined his engine by not refilling the oil?

That is funny because it actually happened. This guy put very little oil in and the guys engine blew up. He actually went on TV and said to avoid my place. He went on that trouble shooters news thing. They came to interview me and I said that he never came to me to tell me his problem and I said I would be very happy to pay for his repairs and I gave him 3 years of free oil changes. So I ended up looking like the good man. When you get lemons you make lemonaid.
