Again Cajun, you have set two different set of standards to two people who are professionals. You have to expect and demand that both people act like adults. Just because one person consistanly act likes a child it doesnt mean that that person gets a free pass on their behavior. In this case, the two people involved are wrong and I am disappointed in both.

I agree with that Euro. BUT, I'm still disappointed in Joel because I think he should have kept to his higher standards.
