Sh Mo makes more money from his real estate holding than oil. His holdings in oil are relatively small. I say they are trying to establish a price and wont sell.

As for Zenyatta being cheap, look at when she sold. In Sept of 05, Balance was a maiden winner and Street Cry hadn't let the world on fire. Most people figured that Street Cry's would get better with age and distance but in terms of sales price (a function of brilliance) they SC's were not selling for huge money. The costs assosiated with a late developer mean lower prices at sales.
