If its a late scratch, you get a consolation Pick 3. You must have the first 2 legs correct, then you share the pot of those first 2 legs with whoever had the scratched horse in the last race.

Essentially it becomes like a daily double for the previous 2 races.


Now the Pick 4, you get the post time favorite.
