Actually it was the locals who told me of the chaos. Virtually everything in the govt there is screwed up. They let guys walk out of jail everyday because they cant get hearings in time because of so many paperwork problems. The hispanic population has risen dramatically as they move from Texas looking for the cash construction and cleanup jobs.
You got to keep an eye on the hispanics. They are very chaotic.
