Watch the races from the Delaware County Fair on Sep. 18. Granted they are all running multiple races, but they will also put in very close fractions in their later heats.
I really don't understand what happened, though. Was the horse entered twice, and the stews didn't let them/make them scratch, or was the wrong horse brought back to run later? If so, that is a mistake on so many more levels.
