Interesting match-up between possibly the two best 3 year-old turfers in the big one.
I have been a Gio Ponti fan since his debut and it seems as if he's been handled with care by Clement. I wasn't thrilled to see that he supposedly had "trouble staying sound" during the winter but he looked great in the Hill Prince. He's lucky that this race is a heck of a lot softer than the Colonial Turf Cup and hopefully he'll get the job done here on dry ground.
