Since "Yum!" is not the name of the stores we all know (KFC, Long John Silver's etc) I am not sure what good is served, honestly. I had no idea the name of the parent company of those stores before the Derby deal.
Good point, Linny. Since Yum! isn't the name of any of the franchises, my bet is that they are trying to pump up value of the corporation's stock.
