Here's my thoughts.

A) I think Andy B is a very smart dude but his figures don't always make sense to me. I thought Please Impress ran a big race that day and if I remember correctly his Beyer was only a 60. I don't know what he got on Saturday. Sometimes things just don't add up to me with Beyers. Take Hey Byrn's 97. Visually Impressive, more so than Pyro? Pyro earned a 90 and is favored to win the Derby, Hey Byrn runs a 97 and the Fat Man (who's perspective I enjoy until he tells me my horse is a suckup) starts talking about "Wipeouts". But the Beyer supports Hey Byrn in a thrashing? So I take the Beyers for what they are opinions.

B) He's run only 2 races. That race was a pretty good effort after 6 months on the bench.

C) They paid $81,000 for him as a yearling, so there must be something there. What is that something? He's a full to SP Solid Strike.

D) His Dam is "Solid Claim"! Are you kidding?

I was thinking for 20K it would've been worth a shot. Anyhow, I respect you tremendously and will not dive in on this animal should he appear in for a tag again. But, it'll be interesting to see where he shows up next to say the least.
