I came to the conclusion that your QB stinks a few weeks ago

I've come to the conclusion that quarterbacks with three names blow.

I have heard it is the trend of the spread offense that noone knows how to stop. Of course if everyone starts or is already running it, at some point it would be stopped because you would see it every week. Of course that doesn't explain Notre Dame's inability to stop the triple option offenses!!

there is no magic to stopping the spread offense. speed to match the spread speed. it takes a GOOD team defense, a good defensive coaching staff, a good dc calling the signals. a pretty good running game when you have the ball helps too.
Bama crushed urban meyer his first year at uf, then shut down texas tech in the cotton bowl. Bama had uf beat last year if not for an int. returned for a td. joe kines was dc and one the best ever.

wvu got smacked around by the best defense they played this year. usf has a pretty good defenseive staff.

there are no Good defense in the pac-10 to take on oregon. usc is probably the best and their offense left them down against the ducks. michigan was NO where near fast enough to stop the ducks or app. st.
