Any way to know how recently the change might have taken place. Very recent? Or is it just a correction that should have been listed this way initially?

I would guess that Justice Farm may have recently sold or partnered Exciting Justice with the people at Double S and Brous. Double S and Brous seem to have had a piece of Atilla's Storm.
Justice farm has some mares and they seem to love to go to Glitterman(glittergem,colonial glitter..).
