Simon,if you want the no B.S. advice,then look this beast (in you) in the eye,and tell it you're no longer giving in.Tell it no.It's real tough if it never hears no,but it's a weak coward if you simply tell it no.This means something as simple as picking up a sock you dropped.Don't pick it up later.Pick it up now.Don't give in.Start with something simple like that,and the beast will weaken.
