Yeah, I don't care what party or race...wrong is wrong! The AG may be forced to file an appeal by state law, I don't know. What I do know is that McDade used this case for self-benefit, he's got a good rep in Georgia..DA of the year in 2005, 12 straight death penalty convictions..yippie! This is a travesty of justice and goes back to trying to legislate morality...go figure, one year for intercourse, ten years for oral sex??? Tried to say the 17yo was raped when the video tape clearly showed differently, the 15yo went from guy to guy...has repeatedly maintained that she did NOT use drugs/alcohol that night, did what she did cause she wanted to and enjoyed it...we can discuss parenting issues of the 15yo's mother perhaps but to lock up this kid for 10 years...unbelievable!
