Yeah, I deleted that post before you posted when I realized I was totally wrong.
He won a minor stake on Florida Derby Day as the lone speed, beating that hopeless Hennig horse who couldn't keep up in the Pimlico Special in his next start. It may have been the worst winning performance of the meet.
His being the co-favorite in the Met was mind boggling. If he wasn't trained by pletcher he honestly would have been 10-1 or more.
