![]() ouch... sorry to hear that man.
You just had an "off-day". We all have them. I've seen a lot of talk about people giving up the game for awhile and bla bla bla bla bla. Not to sound indifferent ot it or anything, but we've all had our bad streaks. Not in every form of gambling, but in horse racing I think you can apply it to a jump shooter (basketball) in a slump. How does a basketball shooter get out of a slump, they keep shooting. If you're making good, educated decisions in your bets, the same kind that have won you $$$ in the past, stick with it. That knowledge will eventually get you moving in the other direction... back to the good streaks I mean.

But if your betting stretegy (in horse racing) has made you plenty of $$$ and has worked for years, why change? That same strategy will still win you money. I'm saying we all go through our losing streaks. It just can take longer than we want to get out of them (for me: see most of 2006). But if you quit playing for awhile, when you decide to come back, use the same strateegery.
