![]() Just started capping the card this morning, and still have a ways to go (love Friday nights at Hollywood).
Didn't realize there was a carryover, but it makes it a lot more interesting. I'll be on periodically tomorrow, but look forward to playing the entire card from home tomorrow night. |

![]() Will go through it when I return to Greenwich Friday around noon.. But at a glance:
4: 6-5/3-4 5: 8-4/6-3 6: 6-8/7-3 (Don't care for the 5-2 Frankel...) 7: 7-1/3-4 8: 2-7/3-8 9: 7-10/3-1

![]() a few comments.....anyone find a single yet? Is it Really Indian?
4th - Potts gets off the 5 to get on the outside horse who is a half to imperialisim. Mulhall said yesterday on TVG this one was pretty live. Looking at the works, of the firsters I like to see 6f drills which the 1 & 10 have. #2 Battle Too is a half to Battle Won. I do not like FRank the Barber, cut back and lack of his early pace leads me to toss.....Baffert could be live but not singling. I actually really like the 4, has speed and is cutting back - should be fit and running on the track where he trains. Race 6 - Dont like the Frankel horse as well....Unlike Scavs, I see a pretty quick pace in here with the 5,6,8,9 all wanting to push it. LOVE the #2, but also have to use 5,8,10. Watch out for the 10 @ 15-1. Race 7 - Concerned about the possibility of lack of pace, and the three I like need some to stop. #5 Awesome Beginning @ 8-1 is very interesting. 1,3,5 and maybe even the 6 who will be HUGE on the board. ![]() If you do think their is speed in that race then Frankel is a single. He always wins with these it is just a matter when.
I am dumping into this. It looks like a ticket that will pay if you go wide enough. not a one ticketer but it could pay 40 or 50k. regarding Muhall, is that this horse's first time starting? If so, she is an autotoss, muhall sucks with firsters, 2nd time start is when you catch them IMO |

![]() two observations from last nights handicapping.
I think the fourth race is a very tricky read with several possiblities. I would go wide on that race. In the sixth race I like the 3 horse enough to consider it a single. He has shown a good turn of foot and been knocking on the door at one mile beating eleven horses in both starts this year. Third start of form cycle with three works since the last race, gets in light cause of facing elders this time, I think the added distance helps him to get the job done. i think its all systems going for win tonight. I wouldn't touch the Frankel horse, don't like it at all. |
