I just used my IPod to handtime it -- and timed it several times. From the 4.5 furlong pole right after the start to the finish -- I couldn't get a timing that would justify her running in under 49.
Not being an expert in hand-timing races, take that for what it's worth -- but Even when I jumped the gun slightly on the finish one time I clocked it, it still came in over the stated time. I'd be interested in seeing what other people hand-timing it came up with. I got closer to 50 seconds every time I did it. |

there are a bunch of media players for windows that show you the time log for a video. if someone would like to send me the video, i can actually use an editor to do a frame by frame analysis. meaning that i can find out the right frame to start it, the right frame to end it, and subtract the difference. pretty simple. |

I hope someone has the video. It seemed too fast to be true the first time I saw it -- and am confused still. |

dont you have the video spencer?
i thought someone said they had it on tivo. it's easy enough to transfer a video from your tivo to your pc, remove the built in video protection and convert it to mpg, then use an editing program to dissect it. |
