Default money messes up relationships

I say keep your bets to yourself.

I hate talking about a race before I or we bet. How often do you get talked out of making your bet only to have it happen. Your first instincts are usually correct. I know it doesn't do any good if you wait until after to explain how you hit... but seriously you want to bet what you think.

I lost some monster payouts because instead of betting them I talked about them. after I complained about it my uncle said, "something something..., you just wanted to talk about it"

I know going in on a pick 4 helps your chances of covering... I just wonder if it would put a strain on the relationship if you talked him into something opposite of what he was(n't) thinking and it turned out he was right and should have never listened and vice versa for you
