Well using poll rankings is always a mistake but in this case Oregon is #11 in the Sagarin and Washington is #76 so it isn't just a bad ranking situation. It almost certainly must be an injury situation.

Four points is home court advantage though. That means the teams are equal on a neutral court. I find that hard to believe.
