Iraq War Q&A, need help

yes, we will lose a lot more American lives before its said and done. 21,500 troops is not going to cut it, if we follow Bush model. Cut and run (whatever form) is not going to work!!! if we follow democrat model. So what are the options?? Here are some suggestions:

1. Split the country into three, involve EU at what ever cost
2. If we don’t split, double the troop level, increase security and honestly start re-building infra-structure with EU and the neighboring countries.
3. To heck with mid east ... call troops home, declare victory shift blame to Iraqi's. Secure our own borders.
4. Stay the course, increase the troop level by 21,500.. let a dem president take the fall.

Look the situation is a mess. We're there because Iraq is so unstable that it's an invitation for Iran to take over. The fact that the two hate each other and have fought forever keeps the balance.

So, since we can't really win...what the hell does that mean anyway, I say we take all our troups and surprise attack Iran. I say we can have that country in total chaios much quicker than solving Iraq.

The end result is two countries back even with each other..then we leave....Mission Accomplsihed!

Here is my solution. We make a superior counteroffer. Any Muslim that dies fighting for the US cause gets 99 virgins in the after life in lieu of the 72 virgins currently offered by Islamic mullahs.

I agree Iraq is a mess, but we cannot afford war with Iran at this time. As is we are fighting at multiple fronts !!!
