People need to go far beyond their job duties in order to get a raise on an award. In this case, The New Bolton Center was doing their job--therefor they do not deserve an award.

Yes they did there job but the majorty of the medical world said it was useless to try. Wake up and smell the roses . This was an above and beyond performance.
