When I was growing up,my best friend thought he was the H.J.I.C.,but he was highly defective(he was so sure that he was too smart to get caught doing anything.)He is in Prison.He was not the H.J.I.C. What do you call it when somebody thinks they are too smart to get caught? Maybe that is all criminals? Who knows.
