The 2 checked out of there while making a move on the turn. There was room on the fence for her too. Camera angles just weren't conclusive to what happened. There was an inquiry and objection, but they left the 3 up. To me it looked like she came over on the 2 forcing Larnerie to check/steady, but it couldn't be proved on the replays. There is a chance that the 3 just got a bit skittish on the inside and checked out herself.

I've seen this happen on the turf course too, when the rail is at a certain level. They just dont have a good view of the stretch run.
