Tomorrow through April 2nd. Should be a real challenge with the March Madness crowd in town. Was there in 2010 when March Madness was going on. Couldn't get near a seat in any sportsbook. Had to settle for a seat in the bar next to the sportsbook at the Rio.

FYI I have not been there for a over a year but the Luxor sports book used to be split in half with one side for horse players only. Go in the night before and talk to the manager, he will reserve a seat for you. When you play wagers ask for drink tickets as drinks are not free anymore.
