what am i on? i'm on my bike.....
 this guy sued people over accusations, and he was the pos liar all along. but i think the big story is who in the governing body helped him get away with it all these years? there's your rat(s). lance is a douche, but i guess he figured this was the best way to get things turned around. ah, scauses.
