Well, look at it this way....who has really been a bigger problem for NYRA....Pataki or Spitzer?
Good question, the "i don't want any part of it" governor or the "seek and destroy" AG/now governor? Spitzer has gone out of his way to paint NYRA as the bad guy, almost to the point of delusion on his part. I'd say he's a worse problem...
FWIW, I liked Pataki and don't think much of Spitzer, despite the fact that I generally lean Democrat.
