They're saying Moss to the Eagles if he "comes down on his asking price" - same thing they said with the Jets.
The Eagles were desperate to get him last time in free agency - and gave him a better offer than the Pats - if that doesn't work out ... he's probably going to get paid by someone like the Rams ('Sup Josh McDaniels reunion) or the Browns ('Sup 40 million under the cap and no WR's) Sounds like he has a team he's not excited to play for on the hook for a price he wants - but he's still trying to get similar money from a contender.
