So, he spoke in Spanish. What is the big deal?
Is there a law against it? As long as the guy obeys the laws of the land and pays his taxes, who cares what language he speaks? I don't. Millions of Italians, Jews, Eastern Europeans, Russians, etc., have come here and done ok for themselves and others without ever speaking English. Who cares?
