Meanwhile, all the focus on this incident has overshadowed the day's earlier jockey hijinx which saw David Cohen (Not Now Ashley) nearly send Javier Castellano over the rail on Crushing in the 2nd race. Castellano checked up repeatedly before drawing nearly even inside Not Now Ashley before Cohen abruptly shut him off. Castellano and Chad Brown were none too pleased, and Brown was already unhappy with Castellano's choices last week on firster Self Control. Will be interested to see if Cohen gets a benching for his stunt.

Unfortunately I did not get to hear this until my ride home from work due to the Sirius changes. Mig was terrific in his explanation and separation between fact and opinion. Mig's conclusion is wholly warranted and, unlike others on this board, supported with circumstantial factual evidence. Great work with this issue today Steve!
