I actually went to the same high school as the Coen brother, but they were some years younger.

The scene with the police officer and the farmer discussing the funny looking guy out by the lake was classic. Might be the best nondramatic or laugh-out-loud scene I have ever witnessed as a novice movie critic. I cannot quite but my finger on why I like that scene so much. Its funny, but in a very strange way. And I have never even been to the great white north. The movie contained quite a bit of dark humor but the lighter scenes... I dont really understand why I like that movie so much.
