| What is Churchill's position on signs? I was thinking in the context of the BC, but are there times when Churchill won't allow signs to be waved around or is it generally a free for all? In terms of people being able to see what's going on and having signs around the horses, is there a balance between showing support for your favorite and blocking someone's view in the paddock? |
