![]() Nearly a $68k carryover for the pre-Travers Day card at the Spa after the odd couple of McGaughey and Aquillino scored 11-1 and 9-1 victories in the 9th and 7th respectively. Other than those two upsets, it was a numbingly chalky afternoon... Without wanting to rush things along too much, I do have to say that everything this week has seemed like a dull prequel to what lies ahead Saturday and Sunday here at Saratoga. And with Dee Tee's Ausable Chasm now signed on as part of the Personal Ensign undercard (2nd race), the weekend can't get here soon enough. The P6 is approached below, and it's part of a fun card that has several quirky twists. Hope you did OK Thursday and are ready for a tremendous weekend of racing including The Travers Day festivities, Rachel & Life at Ten, Pacific Classic Day at Del Mar, Juvenile Showcase at Calder and more!
