I hear a lot of anti-obama rhetoric. I would love to hear what Sorhoof would do differently. You can answer too dellinger. Do you think it would make a worthy topic?
OK my first move would to make Patrick Fitzgerald Atty Gen and start an investigation of Fannie May (easy subpoena delivery) and any other bank, finance comp, hedge fund etc etc who gave a home loan basically on a signature. Then the banks that bought the paper. Then AIG for insuring said loans. Recoup all money made in commisions, salary, interests, etc. Since property values have fallen those who qualify can refianance at a percentage of what they originally signed for. ie a couple who purchased a home for $240K and paying 2000 a month mortgage can now pay 1500 a month for the same home that's worth 180K now. Of course there would be a huge punch list but that's the 1rst 5 mins We'd break and the country would do calisthenics for 25 mins as my health care initiative. 3 hrs later I make my 2nd move and we repeat calisthenics. What a dream!
