Except for when SHE is the one to go help the psyche a few days after you break up.. and then SHE texts you and says, "I'm sorry.. I told myself I'll never lie to you.. I slept with So and So."
THAT doesnt help the psyche, especially in a fragile state of mind.
that's my main issue, thinking about the possibility of her doing the dirty with someone else..................
