people ask who wins at daytona, or indy, or pay attention to the ncaa final game-but not the other 364 days of the year. people hear of sports and know their biggest day, that in no way makes people become fans at any other time of year. if people on here want to make new fans, take your kids. or your young nieces or nephews. the people who cram into new york to maybe see a tc winner are only there to say they saw one (if/when it happens)-it won't make them come back. they've seen what they wanted to see. it's up to fans to continue the sport, to promote it within their own circle.
