Are cell phones a radiation risk?

What do you think? Some of the research I've done online is pretty scary. Supposedly my phone, the LG Venus, has one of the highest SARS ratings at 1.26 From now on, I'm going to carry my cell phone in my laptop bag rather than in my pocket, therefore saving important bodily parts that might be needed in the future, as well as reducing my risk of cancer.
