Aldebutante pictures from Oak Ridge 3/29

Finally made it out to the Ocala region to see Aldebutatnte in person. She is a very pretty filly. Steve was pretty accurate in using the word taciturn to describe her. She is not interested in attention but will tolerate it.

I arrived in Tampa Friday night, ended up staying out too late and when the alarm went off to head out to Ocala I seriously thought of sleeping in and going later. I'm glad I got over that and headed out the door at 6 am, I was able to see her morning work out.

I've not watched many horses work out and certainly never so young but she seemed so professional, all business.

A word or two about Oak Ridge and Kenny Lejuene - what a classy operation. Kenny and everyone there could not have been nicer. They were incredibly accomodating. The place is beautiful and Kenny clearly loves what he does. All of the stalls were immaculate. Our filly is in good hands.

Kenny had one of the guys there bring out Chuck's Point Given filly. She, too is a nice looking filly.

Papi Chullo is also there and he was slated to start work again on Monday. Perhaps we can see him again soon.
