Just watched the replay. I know it wasn't a great race, but i was pleased with that run. He seemed to be travelling well turning for home but then blew up, which is what i expected after such a long layoff.
He didn't race lazily, which is a good sign. He had started to become quite lazy during his final few runs over here. Will they step him up in trip for his next start, perhaps 6 1/2 furlongs? I always thought that was his best trip.
