I think Joe Torre would disagree. It's apparent, Joe was not considered to ride any fav's. While he is the most expeirenced rider in Monmouth, he did manage to pick up some mounts from the hard work of his agent. If Jerry Bailey was given a 50-1 shot to ride, and he was no 1 rider, you would not be saying the same thing.
