Dominguez ride on Unbridled Belle

Just watched the running of The Personal Ensign at the Spa. Is it just me or did Ramon Dominguez hold Unbridled Belle back for too long? IMO she was full of run, and when her stable mate Indian Vale made a move there, he should have went too! Don't get me wrong JJ on Miss Shop was gonna be the winner, and I thought that ride was a patient thing of beauty, but I just feel Ramon made a wrong choice.
