Derby Day grass stake

Am I the only one who thought Sky Conqueror fouled Better Talk Now? I admit I'm biased; I had a P3 alive to Brilliant, and not Sky COnqueror. It really appeared that SC came over in deep stretch and forced Better Talk Now to check. Then the idiots at TVG couldn't figure out why Better Talk Now didn't finish well. Granted, Brilliant had a perfect trip and Sky Conqueror certainly ran the best, overcoming a bad break and going 3 wide on the first turn, but a foul is a foul, and it looked like he fouled.
