Bounce Theory

While I am familiar with the theory that horses bounce off their BIG races. Can someone who is more knowledgeable on the subject tell me when to expect Stormy Liberal to return to that 119 or mildly approach that number in the future? Any thoughts from you Bounce Theory folks?
