SiriusXM will go the way of arcades, new coke, and cd players. They are obsolete and the only chance they had was keeping their word on price increases.
They didn't.
They will probably survive until Stern's contract is up. I truly believe if Stern hadn't re-signed, they'd be in big trouble now.
