What's the process for ending up on the AE list? If the track only has room for 10 starters and 11 enter, do they simply pull the first 10 names and assign them a post position, and number 11 gets on the AE list? Is it just luck of the draw?
In this race I think there were 16 entered. Philly has no preference system so the entire thing is random.
