John Avello at Wynn probably has the best reputation for maintaining a Kentucky Derby future book.
He always has the best Derby and BC futures in Vegas. If you want to place a bet on a horse you don't see, either ask for a manager, or for JA specifically and they will get you a line on a particular horse.
