Default Where ever I Jerome

Jerome Bettis says that he was faking an injury while a Pittsburgh Steeler.

This brings back memories of when he was a Stl Ram.
I will never forget when the Rams were on a little winning streak and then the San Fransissyco 49ers came to Stl. It was at Busch Stadium. The Dome wasn't ready yet. I had really good seats. You had to go down on the field to get to them.

They often showed the highlight of Ken Norton Jr. beating up the goal posts. Saying, "same old sorry ass Rams". NFL Films never shows what I remember.
I will never get this mental picture out of my head.

Jerome Bettis is trying to sweep left, he looks up, sees two 49er defenders, puts his hand on the astro turf and lays down. The defenders walk up and place one hand on Jerome as he is laying on the ground. Then walk away talking to themselves like they couldn't believe what just happened.
The Bus(t) lays down.

NFL Films would show that mope while he was with the Steelers and Jerome looks in the camera and says, "Stl said I quit on them"

HE DID

He never really denied quitting on the Rams.

He quit on St. Louis and now he admits that he fakes an injury to stick it to the team that kissed his ass every chance they got.
