They were pretty much the biggest races on dirt and turf, respectively, outside of the very new Breeder's Cup.

Precisionist and Greinton were having light years better campaigns. The problem was, they took turns beating each other.

I'd probably have to go with Precisionist of the two, since he did win the BC Sprint that year, as well as being a g1 winner at 10F.

I can post Greinton and Precisionist's PPs if anyone cares to see them.

Those two horses ran freaking amazing races all year long.

The only bad race either really ran was Greinton, when he ran last against Vanlandingham, on a very muddy track, beaten 25.
