I didn't know Buzzword (winner of the G1 Deutsches Derby) was possible.

Very cool!

QT won't come unless turf is rock hard. If there's any give in the ground, won't run.

And General Quarters needs some give to run.

Twirling Candy - where did that come from? After his last race I made a joke to a friend that they should send him to the Secretariat next, would love to see him in there.

When I think of Candy Ride, I'm not thinking 10 furlongs on the turf. He should be 40/1 in Secretariat. I would even bet Workin for Hops before this comedy horse.

For the most part, but we had a pretty long dry spell where it was rock hard, got drenched last week so it is in great shape

unless it's dry for 2 weeks, yes (and they're calling for thunderstorms basically every day next week).

Can't wait to see what price Wigmore Hall goes off at - he is one that will float big time under the radar!

No Tuscan Evening, that just made the day worthwhile.

After looking what the Mighty Arlington has planned in the condition book for that day, I was going to forgo my boxes and just go up and bet the P4/P3 and watch from home, it at least makes it interesting now.

Could this be part of the fix for Dick to win his late wife's namesake, she will surely be overplayed now.

I meant in terms of gambling, which is really what this sport is about.

I think I am the last person to be targeted as a horse hater, comedy girl

I'll bet the 40-1. Twirling Candy is a solid horse.

10 furlongs people, 10 furlongs, this isn't a mile race

The horse has three total races under his belt and two of them are sprinting.

He isn't coming here so it is pointless, but IMO he has absolutely no shot of getting 10 furlongs on the lawn right now.

Million took a hit today, but with the Tuscan Evening departure, the Bev D has alot more signing on, including Romancaca, who won't be ridden by Junior Alvarado.

Not sure on the Bev D field but the others seem solid.
