![]() does anyone else think that super is low? with 4 mil in pool a horse that pays 25$ but seems to be 3-1, 5-2, in the mutuel pools. I hit this super on a saver ticket of a pic 4. I had 2,5,6 in pic4. when I finally saw that payoff I just about puked. thought id get 800-900$ min. any thoughts

Exacta was where it was at. You had the fav 3rd and 2nd choice 4th. Can't expect a huge super. |

What I wondered was whether dime supers drive down a payoff like this because your more likely to box a play rather than have to do so with dollar bets. 2.40 vs 24 bucks makes a difference with alot of people so with dime boxes you probably have more tickets with the 5th choice on top..... |

![]() Summer Bird was 8-1 or so in the exacta pools, and Dunkirk was more like 3-1 in the exacta pools. The casual bettor win money on MTB caused the win pool to be somewhat distorted. He was much closer to the 2-1 ML in the exacta pool. For example, the 4-7 exacta was paying $55 and the 4-2 exacta was paying $120. Obviously if MTB was even money and Dunkirk was 5-1 in the exacta pools, the numbers would have been more like $40 and $150.
